House hunting Berghof Grossarl - at 1070 m - self-catering holiday cottage

The Berghof is a hunting lodge and is located in a unique position on the sunny side of the valley of the alpine pastures, street going to the House, the next skibus station is 1.5 km and 3 km to the ski lift station Grossarl.
There are good public road , so you can go to the house by car. The road is cleared in the winter, but please take precaution anyway snow chains because the municipality does not comply with increasingly fast enough to clear all the streets when it snows a lot.
The house is completely self-catering for 27 people, and has approx 300 m2,8 sleepingrooms, divided into the basement, ground floor, first floor and attic, provides space for about 27 people in twin beds, single beds, sleepingsofas and mattress camp, washingroom with washing machine.

Basement: 2 rooms with double sinks (one with double bed, 160 x 200 m), each with a sink in the room, ski and wood room, storage room and laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, and a large freezer and additional fridge
1 Floor: 4 sleepingrooms with doblebeds and 3 sleepingsofa, bathroom with shower and basin, separate toilett,
attic: low door to the roof, mattress camp under the roof for aprox. 10 people,best for children
Garden with sunchairs and garden furnitures, big Grill , also to use as a fireplace .
Smoking is only allowed in the living room and kitchen. Heating and hot water by oil heating.
outdoor areas: space for about 7 cars, balcony, garden, barbecue.
Bed linen and towels can be rented on request.
